Swipe and Solve

This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application Swipe and Solve (package ID: com.alk.swipeandsolve), published on Google Play by ALK APPS LABS. By downloading or using this app, you agree to the practices described below.

We are committed to collecting the minimum amount of data necessary to operate the app and rely primarily on local, on-device storage.

Swipe and Solve does not require account creation or user registration. ALK APPS LABS does not directly collect, harvest, or store any personal identifier information such as your name, email address, physical address, or phone number.

To provide game features, advertising, and analytics, Swipe and Solve integrates the following Google services. These services may collect device identifiers or usage data under their own privacy policies:

• Google Play Games Services Provides optional sign-in, cloud leaderboards, and achievements. Leaderboard scores linked to your Google Play profile are stored on Google's servers.
• Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) Used to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and process device advertising identifiers (AD-ID) to deliver relevant ad content. Where applicable, child-directed treatment parameters are enabled per COPPA requirements.
• Firebase Analytics Collects aggregated, non-personally identifiable usage statistics to help ALK APPS LABS debug issues and improve the gaming experience.

These services are governed by Google's Privacy Policy: policies.google.com/privacy

Swipe and Solve is designed to be suitable for all ages. ALK APPS LABS actively configures Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) with child-directed treatment parameters, which enforce COPPA-compliant, age-restricted ad filtering. This prevents the display or tracking of non-age-appropriate ad content to children.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

All core gameplay progression, statistics, and high scores for Swipe and Solve are saved locally on your physical device by ALK APPS LABS's app.

If you choose to sign in with Google Play Games Services, some metrics (such as leaderboard scores and unlocked achievements) are stored on Google's cloud servers linked to your active Google Play profile. You can delete this data via your Google account settings.

ALK APPS LABS does not collect sensitive personal data within Swipe and Solve. We use industry-standard third-party SDKs provided by Google to ensure any data transmitted (such as leaderboard scores) is handled securely.

ALK APPS LABS may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of Swipe and Solve after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
